In January 2025, the West African Gas Pipeline Company Limited (WAPCo) officially commenced the second phase of its comprehensive pipeline cleaning and inspection project. This critical phase of the operation focuses on the offshore section of the pipeline that runs from Badagry in Nigeria to Takoradi in Ghana, a vital route for the transportation of natural gas across the West African subregion.
