Tanzania is set to host the Second UN Tourism Gastronomy Forum for the Africa Region from April 23 to 25, 2025, in Arusha. The event aims to highlight the importance of culinary tourism in driving economic growth and promoting Africa’s diverse food heritage. Over 300 industry leaders, including policymakers, hospitality executives, culinary experts, and tourism stakeholders, are expected to attend.
