The Global AI Summit on Africa has been rescheduled to April 3-4, 2025, in Kigali, Rwanda. Hosted by the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Rwanda, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, the summit aims to foster impactful discussions and forge transformative partnerships to advance Africa’s AI agenda. Under the theme “AI and Africa’s Demographic Dividend: Reimagining Economic Opportunities for Africa’s Workforce,” the event will convene leaders from global business, government, civil society, media, and academia. The summit seeks to inform policy and unlock investment to shape a future of AI in Africa that is safe, inclusive, and delivers shared prosperity.
