Since the beginning of April 2025, Rwanda has experienced severe weather conditions, with heavy rains causing disasters that have led to at least 52 deaths and 107 injuries. The government has mobilized emergency response teams to assist affected communities and mitigate further damage. Authorities are also assessing the impact on infrastructure and agriculture, as efforts continue to provide relief to those displaced by the floods.
